Guard35 (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a managed security and IT service product offered by Software Consulting Services, LLC. By using our website, contacting us, or purchasing Guard35 services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these general Service Terms.

Scope of Services

  • Guard35 provides managed security, licensing, monitoring, and related IT support services.
  • The specific services, features, and pricing for each customer are defined in individual proposals, statements of work, or master service agreements.
  • This website does not, by itself, create a binding contract for services.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers agree to provide accurate information needed for account setup and service delivery.
  • Customers remain responsible for their internal use of Guard35 services, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining current contact and billing information.

Service Commitments

  • We strive to deliver reliable, professional, and secure services consistent with industry standards.
  • Service levels, response times, and performance guarantees may vary depending on the customer’s agreement.
  • Unless otherwise specified in a written contract, services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Limitations of Liability

  • Software Consulting Services, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

  • Customers may discontinue services at any time subject to the terms of their specific agreement.
  • We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or violation of law or these Service Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Service Terms from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Guard35 services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
