Customer Responsibilities

While Guard35 provides managed protection and monitoring, customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate account and contact information.
  • Reporting suspected compromises or security issues promptly.
  • Following recommended practices for password management and user awareness.

Continuous Improvement

We align our practices to industry frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and CIS Controls. Our policies are reviewed regularly and updated as threats evolve.
